We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your contribution to our first fundraiser. We couldn't have made it such a success without your help. Its because of the generous supporters, the performers, and everyone for showing up made our task so much easier and it’s good to know that so many people are willing to help and are so committed to the cause. We were able to raise $2828 from the event, which will be used to provide continuous support to the kids in Pocket Money Project .

Ngoenga School for Tibetan Refugee Children with Special Needs
First of all, it is always nice to help - especially to those in need. I was browsing facebook and came upon the page for Ngoenga School for Tibetan Refugee Children with Special Needs with a post about their welfare status with links provided. I clicked on the link and landed on their site where it shows the areas of support needed in their school. Pocket Money Project cannot only be dedicated to TCV children's but to be able to fill the needed pockets everywhere in the exile community. I have donated towards the purchasing of Equipment and Stationary for the school which the requested amount was RS.20000/- US$ 445. I have wired the money in the name of Pocket Money Project and asked them to provide a statement and receipt. Attached is from initial contact with the administrators of Ngoenga School with the process and correspondence. I would like to thank all the friends of Pocket Money Project for making this happen. Let's keep on finding ways to help our community back.
